We Automatically Collect:

Some Super Geeky Things we Try to Do

When you use our ecommerce site we track  your online usage patterns. We also may use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. This information allows for more accurate reporting and help us improve our service to you; by helping us identify what you might like from what we have sent you.

Browser Information

Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access our site. When you visit Eyewear Insight, our servers automatically record certain log file information. GDPR

If you have consented to the use of your information you may withdraw that consent at any time. Depending on the situation you can either withdraw your consent by emailing , info@EYEWEARINSIGHT.COM with GDPR as the Subject or you can call us directly to delete your account on file. Where we are using your information because of a legitimate interest to do so, you have the right to object to that use.

We are working on guest checkout and when we have that available you can choose that instead of saving your information on our site. However, shipping is not possible without access to your name, address, and phone/email.

Who we may share your information with

We may share your information with third-party service providers for the purpose of selling/shipping our products to you, or to improve our marketing efforts as outlined above . Those service providers will only be provided with access to your information as is reasonably necessary for the purpose that Eyewear Insight (Beyond Insight LLC) has engaged the service provider, and we will require that such third parties comply with this Privacy Policy and any applicable laws.

Lost or Stolen Information.

 You must promptly notify us if your credit card, user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will contact our credit card processor Authorize.net and ask them to remove that credit card number, user name, or password from your account and update our records accordingly.
